Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please let us know! We have a 15-minute grace period. Beyond that a late fee will be applied.
Payment
A 100QAR non-refundable deposit is required at the time of your booking. This will be deducted from your final payment. This payment is non-refundable but transferrable in the event of a cancellation. Your remaining balance is due at the time of appointment.
Cancellation
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Your deposit will be applied to your next service. Rescheduling is only allowed once for the month booked. A new deposit is needed for a different month.
Booking Policies
All appointments must be booked 24 hours in advance. Walk-ins are not allowed.
